Default Questions about fly cutting aluminum

Hello all I知 Deidre and I知 new to this forum. I have had my CAMaster for about 6 months I致e had the ability to call on a good friend for most of my ID10T questions This time he doesn稚 have an answer for me therefore I知 hoping you can help. I知 wondering is it possible to flycut a piece of aluminum on my Stinger II I see that u have advised on cutting aluminum before but I知 not finding anything on fly cutting. I will only have to remove a minuscule amount of material as they are going to remove most needed and I will just be fine tuning it to make it coplanar. Also what kind of bit would be best, feeds, speeds and any additional info I might need. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

In order to help you we need to know what machine you have, if it has a spindle or router and what software are you using.
